Cancellation

Chamko Pro is a prepaid 30-day plan with no automatic renewal. If you don't want to continue, simply don't renew — nothing else is needed.

Refunds

If Chamko didn't work for you, email us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Failed or duplicate payments

Any amount debited for a failed or duplicate payment is refunded automatically by Razorpay, or by us within 7 working days of you reporting it.
